Highly Recommended I Do Too Bridal shop is a fantastic wedding store for your wedding dress and brides maids dresses. They have a nice selction to choose from and if you can't find what you are looking for, they will help you locate the exact dress. the customer service is excellent. I Do Too Bridal is HIGHLY recommended.
Excellent Shop - Excellent Service! I found "I Do Too" to have the best selection of newer styles in the area. I went to a few shops beforehand, and was only able to find about 2 dresses at each store that I would even consider as a bride in the 21st century! Made the Bride Cry I would strongly discourage brides and bridal parties from going here. I had the worst customer experience of my life 1 month before my wedding because of the owner. We ordered my bridal gown (which was fine) plus all the accessories and all the bridesmaids dresses here, so we spent quite a bit of money. Most of my bridesmaids live out of town (Seattle and Boston) so they had to call in their measurements to the shop. Pure Pleasure I recently ordered my wedding gown from I.D.T.B and could not be happier. Compared to other local shops, their selection is much better and their prices are some of the lowest I have found. My mom just ordered her dress for the wedding from their wonderful selection of bridesmaid and social dresses. The selection to choose from was vast, stylish and affordable. Would Not Recommend I Do Too has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered a bridesmaid dress there with the other bridesmaids. When my dress came in it was way too small. Rather than call the company and get a new dress they wasted weeks trying to organize a time when I could meet with a seamstress. When I was finally able to get out there to meet the seamstress (I live on the other side of the state) the seamstress immediately said that it was impossible to make the dress big enough. Perfect for the first shopping trip! I have participated in more than my fair share of bridal dress hunts, including my own. So it is with LOTS of experience that I recommend brides-to-be to check out I Do Too! when looking for a gown (particularly early on in the process). They staff is so low-key, but really attentive. They would let you try on the whole store, if you can fit it in during their business hours (and maybe even an hour after close!). Professional and kind service After visiting 15 bridal stores in the Detroit metro area, I found I Do, Too! Bridal. The owner was very patient in calming me down and helping me find a wonderful dress. When it came in the bodice and jacket needed attention. The manager took me and the dress to their alteration service and made sure they could be fixed in plenty of time before the wedding. Awesome Shop! I came in on a Saturday without and appointment and was worried that I would not get any attention, but it was quite the opposite. The staff was amazing and knew just when to help and just when to let us shop on our own. It was so amazing and I bought my dress that day and plan on going back for my bridesmaids dresses and everything else!
I would NEVER go there again I went on several occasions to look at bridesmaid dresses and mothers dresses. I couldn't get anyone to help me - probably because I wasn't buying my bridal gown through them. Then when we did order a dress, we could barely get anyone to help us and they kept leaving us to help other people.
