This place is so unprofessional and care nothing about customer service. I stopped at their kiosk in the Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City to get a couple of lip rings. I looked around until I found the one I was looking for. I called the girl who was working there and showed her the ones I wanted. She asked the short or long stem. I replied "the long.
