My sales guy Luis was amazing and even offered to buy me an🍦, although I didn’t take him up on that he is someone that wasn’t too pushy and eager to help and willing to listen! If I am in need of another vehicle (children are getting older) I most definitely will be back!
bought a car from there Jim bolts was our Finance guy we purchased the extended warranty $1700 signed all the papers for it then come to find out the extended warranty got canceled said we denied it but we have our copies of the contract were we purchased but Santander has copies that show we denied it now someone explain that now we are stuck paying the 1700 because it was in the finance and couldn't use the warranty! this is a shady business I will never go back
I’m a little late, but Saturday, may 4th my wife and I went to I-75 Auto looking for a bigger family vehicle. We worked with Brian Stalvey, who was a blast to work with. Easy going, with a good sense of humor. It was a really good experience and we ended up trading in our busted up Versa for a 2013 Dodge Journey that’s in great shape, runs well and has great AC, which was a big issue with the Versa. Had my car for 11 months and the transmission went out. Dealership said it would cost 6000 to fix and I-75 pretty much told me it was my problem now so good luck...
