The sales staff are very unprofessional and pretty much had to be forced to show us any vehicles or give us any kind of information! After dinging up our credit with 3 HARD inquiries that were supposedly “soft” inquiries lol....... we immediately Drove down to the Honda dealership and bought a USED Jeep from dodges lot! I know that you have the ability to get any vehicle off of any of the lots but yet your salesman didn’t even bother to look or anything
If you need to get a new vehicle, you need to come here! Ask for Shane he was so helpful, and patient with me, I am very picky! I have never worked with a better dealership, and I have been going from one place to the next, and decided to come back and work with them. They were amazing and I would come back here again and again! Thank you guys so much for all that you did to get me in the car that I needed!
Please beware of this dealership, they are horrible and crooked! I went here and my life has been turned upside down! These people claim they got me approved for a car took my trade in (the only car I had) sold it and then called me a month later to say the deal fell through and requested the car back! I’m not the only person that has went through this with them! I’m telling you they are crooked and selfish and fraudulent! The bank had no information on me when I called to see what happened!!!
