Full disclosure is that I work here but I bought a car here as well. I was willing to forego the usual inspections and service we do for everyone but I had to go through it all, just like a customer would. My tires didn't meet safety parameters when it came in. I thought they were fine but new ones needed to be put on. The suspension was checked and there was a part bent. Again, I didn't see where it was but the technician did and it was replaced as well. Great Cars at A Great price Crystal Slater is the best
It literally took all day to get the paperwork finished. And they sold me a car with keyless entry but don't have the code??? I had directed my son to them as well. Within maybe 2 weeks, the transmission went out in the truck he got through them, and because if the as is policy, would do nothing about it. If I could take it back, I would have went somewhere else, but since I can not, I will make sure people know what I wet through as well as my son! Me and my husband has had one headache after another dealing with this car lot. We have been getting nothing but the run around since we bought a vehicle here and heard nothing but lies the whole time . The people here don't know what they are doing and to come find out we are not the only customers having problems.
