I had a GREAT 'first time buyer' experience with this company! My sales man Joseph and the manger Tony were great! My friend and I decided to go look for cars for myself, with no intention of buying a car that day! I came to look at an older model vehicle and left with a 2015 Ford Focus, along with a great deal! This is why "local" dealerships get bad reputations. Not only were we on the lot for 30 minutes or longer before we were approached but the vehicles we were shown were filthy - inside and out. My requests for written pricing information have been ignored in addition to my husband was sitting in the driver's seat of the truck we were considering and was backed into by someone else.
