The sales guy who was showing me cars was FANTASTIC, It was the financial manager who ruined the experience for me buying my first car! He Told me if I wasn’t going to sign the deal it was a big waist of his time and mine since he printed out the papers already and that he had other people waiting to actually buy a car if I wasn’t. Don’t think if I’m spending my money their I should be treated with no patience! Wouldn’t recommend people to buy a car from here.

I bought my 2018 Tundra from I-5 Toyota and it was in the top 2 automobile buying experiences in my 60 year life time. An absolute pleasure buying from Charlie Zheng and the rest of the staff at I-5 Toyota in Chehalis, WA; and the deal they made me on my Tundra was just icing on the cake. I-5 Toyota will be my first and last stop when I buy in the future. I am that confident they will make me a great deal and treat me with the utmost respect. I am delighted!!!

I was told that I was given the number for the principal/owner, Heidi, and it was only a main number, with no ability to leave a message. I’ve been yanked around with these people so much last three years. I’m on engine number five and was just told it was $3000 to fix my broken sunroof. I have been sold a complete lemon by these people, and all I’ve been told is that it is completely up to me because they have zero liability for the piece of shit they sold me.
