Highly recommend John Spoon and the sales team. It was the best new buying experience we’ve ever had. We stop by on our way down to Vancouver to speak with john and have our possible trade in looked at. We had to cut our trip short back to Puyallup and John Spoon kept us informed without being pushy. I brought my FJ Cruiser in for repairs under warranty. The work was shotty and scabbed together, not done how it was originally. It was brought to my attention by a repair shop that was fixing I-5 Toyota's work. I called to let them know and I was told that's just how we do it.
We highly recommend Janelle . She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything to us in great detail. No pressure to buy or that the store would close soon. She was above and beyond what you would look for in a car salesperson. Janelle came out and made sure we knew what and how all the features worked before we left. 10 out of 10 for her and we will definitely buy our next car thru her.
WE ARE SO UPSET: After searching everywhere, I found a perfect deal on the exact Rav4 I was searching for. I was in immediate contact with a salesman by phone (all day!) We settled on the price, I got the “out the door” quote, and told the salesman that my husband would request the day off from work the next day so he could bring his trade-in (which was part of the deal). Wonderful no pushy, high pressure sales here. Lyle and I talked a few days before and he understood what I wanted. I like making decisions based on my needs not what someone is telling me I need. This is my second vehicle purchased from I5 snd I highly recommend them.
Sales and finance did not reveal all info. I did not get paper work until the next day. I was told my car qualified for new car warranty but not told it cost $4,000. When I cancelled it I was not told it would take 8-10 weeks to refund.
