Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience when I serviced my jeep. Upon checking in with Richard, we reviewed on the computer the pricing for the service I required. The computer very clearly indicated the oil change would be $169.00. Richard then told me it had gone up to $229.00 and tried to sell me a oil change package in the $495.00 range for a few services.
