My water pump quit just East of Indio last Friday. Was towed to I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service dept. They gave me a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way in less than an hour. They communicated with me over the weekend, ordered the new water pump and I got my car back on Tuesday. R. Bender my Service Rep was courteous, helpful & professional.
