the sales staff and service department are not in business to help the customer. these people are the reason why dealers and service departments have a poor reputation. Beware of extended service agreements that do not provide the service you thought you bought and when there is a problem you are told there is no coverage. in our case we were told to file a claim with the company rep and sent on our way. There was no explanation given. This dealership is one to be wary of. I will continue to post as our claim progresses

If you can call purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience, this was it! Tony, Ralph and staff are the best. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.
If u buy... of course they are fast!! But I still waiting for a mirror and have no response from dealership!! Over a month and have no answer to see if they receive the new mirror for my truck. I got a brand new Ram with a defective mirror. They said they ordered it to replace it. But I guess. They don’t care anymore. Should I look for it my self??
