This is the second time Marcelino Maldonado the Finance Director has help us with purchase of our vehicles. He goes above and beyond and is reason I own my first truck. Thank you Marce without this would not have been possible.
Every time I take a truck to I 10 they never stick to the original estimate. There is always something that needs to be added. This last time I took a truck in to get the head replaced and the added a EGR Cooler to the repair and wanted to charger extra labor to install it. The cooler was already removed to replace the head so there shouldn't be any extra labor.

The service rider Dave was rushed and dismissive. Only one that would talk and listen was the tech. Didn’t talk to him until they had our vehicle for two hours already. And yes, we had an appointment! Had our vehicle for over 3+ hours for a UConnect issue! Won’t be back.
