My husband and I been to multiple dealerships in the past 2 months. We came to I10 Dodge thinking its going to be just another neagtive feed back and we wont be leaving with a car due to our credit. Great experience Jessie took care of us nicely and was so patient and helpful. Even after everything was said and done he took our picture in front of the new cars so thoughtful. I then saw a dent with a scratch on my brand new car and he said he would call me to make an appointment to come back drop it off and I would get a rental while they fixed it!! Now let’s see if he calls!! Hahahaha

II took my 2015 Grand Cherokee in on March 7 for a oil change. I’m from out of town and picked dealer at random. Was not a pleasant exsperiance. Had to ask for reminder sticker in window, hood was not shut completely, windshield washer was not topped up, took twice as long as what they told me it would. Needless to say I will not go back.

Lov’n the new dealership guys... Along with it’s peeps and my Jeep. I typically change out vehicles every 2 years. But not-no-more!!! Funnest vehicle I’ve ever owned! Nothing like a Jeep. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Left my car yesterday at 9:30am, I had to call around 5:30 pm because no one called to for an update!!! Then was told that not sure what happened but I need to leave my car again, was told they would call me at 9am today. I called at 10:30 am and called again at 11:30 am asked for a manager got transferred and then line gets disconnected!!
