RecommendedMy water pump quit just East of Indio last Friday. Was towed to I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service dept. They gave me a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way in less than an hour. They communicated with me over the weekend, ordered the new water pump and I got my car back on Tuesday. R. Bender my Service Rep was courteous, helpful & professional. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience when I serviced my jeep. Upon checking in with Richard, we reviewed on the computer the pricing for the service I required. The computer very clearly indicated the oil change would be $169.00. Richard then told me it had gone up to $229.00 and tried to sell me a oil change package in the $495.00 range for a few services.
