I want to give a "Thank You" to Tazz. You were very kind in resolving the issue I had. You did the research, explained what had happened and handled it immediately. "GREAT" customer service! Thank you, Tazz.
After driving in from Georgia, I stopped in looking for a part but wasn’t even sure what it was called. The parts employee didn’t give me a hard time or make me feel ignorant. He walked with me outside to look at my car so he could tell me exactly what I needed. After he spoke with me about it and told me WHY I needed it I felt confident that I was getting the right part.
Awesome staff, very tentative to mine and my wife's needs when it comes to our future car, awesome experience overall.
Wonderful place to get parts! The manager made it so nice and easy to go through the process unlike other dealerships!!
I left massages multiple times online and calling and nobody contacted me about the parts I needed.
