This is the worst service experience I’ve had at a dealership. I previously serviced this same vehicle at a Hyundai dealer in Memphis, and now here in North Charleston. Both times left me with the same impression: the staff doesn’t try to find the root cause of a problem — instead, they offer to charge for separate checks one after another.
