This buying experience has been way above any of my prior experiences with dealerships. The Sales Consultant, Rashad Chambers greeted us at the door. He listened to what we had in mind for a vehicle and offered us to look around. He stood by waiting to answer any questions we had. Make sure the service department quote is for just one or two mechanics. I was billed for 2 different mechanics to do the same job on my car. I complained the minute I picked it up the service department was closed, have been back and forth with dealership to just be told we strive for better service?
Just in for an oil change. First time I had been there. Gary very nice and efficient. I'll be back. Waiting area is a little sterile, though.
They did a awesome job on my taillights from now on im only taking my car 2 Hyundai ck it out great prices
It was okay. Didn't get my car wash, they didn't place my next appointment sticker in the window so I have to call to see when my appointment is due.
They were professional and listened to what I wanted. I love � my new car. Cory was great, he showed me all the features of my new car. I recommend him. I like the deals or rebates.
I absolutely LOVE everyone I have encountered at this dealership! From the wonderful ladies who answer the phone to the service department. I can't remember the name of the lady Service Advisor I dealt with, but she was super sweet, quick, and very professional. I also dealt with the service manager, Al.. who was nothing shy of the utmost professional, people pleasing, quick working, caring manager.
