Stereotypical car sales experience. Mike & Edwin don’t communicate and played games. Came to pick up the vehicle, wasn’t ready, tried to give us 9.1% interest when they advertise 1.9%. We walked out and will never return, now we’ll spend $50k at another dealership. Mind you I buy at least a vehicle a year for my company, so I am well versed in the process. I made my expectations very clear and had my fillet guy at their sister store Nissan advise them yet they still couldn’t make it work. Such a waste of time. Save yourself ... read more
Bought the limited Palisade and we were super impressed with Edwin. Buying a new vehicle during a pandemic with 2 kids and a wife with an underlying medical issue poses challenges. Edwin stepped up and helped us out. He came to our house and delivered the paperwork. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai check them out.
