We bought a new 2023 Hyundai Santa **** from Hyundai of Silsbee on October 14th, 2023. We are very happy with the car but when we signed all the paper work we were informed that they only had one key fob which they ordered us one and we received, we also ordered a bed extender which we also received so that's the good. We did not get an owners manual which they assured us we would get in the mail, which never came. I got a **** Hyundai ****** here about 2 weeks ago. The car is wonderful but the sales team service and honesty isnt. I noticed a ding in the rear driver side door. I contacted my salesperson who told me they would get it fixed. I attempted to schedule an appointment with them multiple times and was finally told that I could come in the next Thursday morning. This place *****. Do not bring your car here for a service. No one calls to update here. My car has been there for 2 months and the only calls I get are from sales representatives asking if I want to buy again. Their service staff is garbage. The only one there that is worth anything is *****. Even getting ahold of him is a daunting task for their secretaries because they do not know how a transfer button works. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I would give a 0 star but I cannot.

they let someone sign my name to a vehicle when i was almost 500 miles away at the time. then they refused to tell me anything, an then they just stopped replying. i never seen the vehicle nor have i ever dealt with any hyundai dealer in my life. but yet after a yr they claim they remember me being there . in the process of finding a lawyer and a few other things if they wanna cross that bridge.
I would give it a 0 but don't have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to give me my title to my car That I did not get from they just forgot to give it back to me now I'm unhold I'm registering my car because the title is lost in the mail and they can provide me no remedy Although They convinced me to come up there with little means of transportation With the same outcome and then lose my title I am livid
very rude sales person that she pretending that she was the general manger. I trade my 2020 hyundai accent for a 2018 ford econosport and they took my warranty left from the 2020 and applied it to the trade in which was hyundai accent without asking whether or not I wanted to put it toward the 2018., very shady. I bought a used car and there was damage to the front bumper but was assured they did a complete inspection of vehicle. After driving it off the lot I noticed a rattling sound on driver side. I took the car to the service department three times and was told they couldn’t find anything. I took it back a forth time ( 7 months of owning car) and now they found what’s wrong.
