We just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Nick Mahurin from Hyundai Petaluma. His service and communication style was excellent. He answered all questions we had, came up with answers for questions we didn't have, was able to get the specific car I was looking for from a different venue in a timely fashion and make the numbers work for both their side and mine. I've been going around telling people to go to this Hyundai venue and to work with Nick. I highly recommend.
It was a flawless experience. The work was completed quickly and the service staff was professional,friendly and fun. They even gave me a desk to use while working on my computer.👍
Business is closed. Management was so so, business office routinely took 2-3 months or longer to make payoffs. Hit many peoples credit. Poorly managed from the very top.
RecommendedI was treated with respect and not lied to like as I was at Petaluma Toyota that I was rushed to do a deal because the sales agent was going to have a kidney transplant. Upon picking up my brand new Toyota 2 days later, 200 miles had been added and salesman had a miraculous recovery from kidney transplant.
