I wish I could give them 0 stars. This dealership is full of the most incompetent people I’ve ever laid eyes on. They force you to make appointments bc they don’t take walk ins and then keep your car for 8-10 hours the day of and sometimes you will be lucky if they even touch your car. On a previous visit they had my car 48 hours and still hadn’t changed my oil and that’s all I was there for. My most recent visit was to replace my o2 sensors and my appointment was at 8am. We bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I drive for work so needless to say the miles racked up pretty quickly. We didn't have anymore warranty covered oil changes but we did purchase the extended warranty through the dealer at the point of purchase. HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP!!! A TRUE HORROR STORY!!!!! I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata ($39K miles- still under warranty) that would not start on Oct 18th (when I pushed the start button). I called this dealership on Oct 19th, 2021 and was given an appt of NOV 2nd, 2021 to just take a look at it. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous for an appt scheduled out so long.
