Horrible misleading service department. Over the top prices AND I pay for extra maintenance on my car which I have to somehow get cancelled because it isn't worth anything that I can see. The service reps have zero customer service skills and definitely no compassion. They never even heard of this "extra maintenance plan" that I pay for every month. Worst service ever. I don’t understand how you can be so rude and misleading to customers. Parts department is a joke manager should be fired immediately.
Worst parts department ever. No one ever answers the phone. I'll be on hold for over 45 minutes trying to find parts before anyone answers the phone. And when they do answer they don't care to help.
I am throughly fed up with this agency. We go there for an appt. Twice they tell us they do not have what we need. Still waiting for a call back. NO ONE returns your call.
