I don't have any personal experience with this dealership-and I never will -but I am very good friends with an elderly couple who got roped into a very bad lease deal when they were told their own car was going to cost a fortune to fix. I had an outstanding experience at this Hyundai dealership thanks to Scotti Jo. She noticed I wasn’t being helped right away and immediately stepped in with warmth and professionalism. Instead of brushing me off, she got on her hands and knees to take a closer look at the issue with my car and explained clearly what needed to be done. She arranged for the repair to be taken care of on the spot, saving me an extra trip back the next day. This place is a joke ! I’ve been lied to ignored treated very badly from the Service Dept and mngr. They did a shitty job on the paint repair and got paint on my tinted window and broke the trim on drivers seat. Sooooo unprofessional.
