I want to say Thank You to Alex Bustos and his team at Hyundai of Greeley! My mother's car had been to 4 different shops and not one could fix her issue. A senior citizen who was taken for over $2,000.00 in parts and labor, to find out the actual part and labor was less than $100.00. I would highly recommend Alex and his team. They get the job done. Shout out to Josh @ Hyundai of Greeley. Bought a car that I wasn't happy with. Took it back the next day and he put me in a fully loaded Nissan Murano! Brandon, the manager was very understanding. I had been in a car accident the week before and didn't feel safe in first car I bought. I went back and they switched me into something safer with ease!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience at Greeley Hyundai, our salesman Josh handled everything and gave us a great overview of our 2020 Sonata Limited features. Overall a good buying experience on our first new car in years.
We stopped in right after New Year to just test drive a couple models. My 2006 Sonata was still running fine so was not in a hurry to buy but I was looking to upgrade in a month or so. Josh Shepard was great. Not pushy or aggressive, just easy going and very helpful providing any info I wanted. Test drove a couple cars and decided I liked the 2019 Sonata. Cristian was our salesman. He was extremely personable. Excellent car buying experience overall. I didn’t feel pressured at all! Came in with my own financing and there was no pressure to finance through them. I was in contact with Cristian prior to coming to test drive the car I was looking at since we live a couple hours away...and the drive was worth it. 2 years ago my @Hyundai @tucson started leaking oil. I took it in to @Greeley @Hyundai and was made to feel like an idiot. After having to get every receipt and bank statements that I changed my oil regularly and writing a letter to @Hyundai they replaced my engine. There's now a recall for the same issue. This is after my 2010 @Hyundai had 2 transmissions go out. Then was givin this 2012 @Hyundai with even more issues. Don't ever buy a @Hyundai !!!
