Tail light on my car was out. New car. Took it to them for service. Gave me estimate to replace both rear lights. Only one side is not working. I called to question it. Service desk agent said tech will call. No one called back. Called several times. No call back. I guess they don’t need our business.
I have put My Ioniq hybrid plugin there to check out everything under manufacture warranty as getting close to 100K miles and hybrid battery and Emmission system was under manufacture warranty still...4 hours there, report said everything okay. I drove it, a week later want to plugin somewhere and plugin cap didn't open! so either they done something or never check the hybrid battery. sett another appointment....they said we have settle @9, I get there 8:30....9:10 they said Shuttle is full gotta wait for another in about 30... read more
