Avoid Hyundai Downtown LA. Our car is still under warranty, but Keaton was rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in finding reasons to charge us than properly diagnosing the issue. My girlfriend dropped the car off first, and she was immediately presented with a list of expensive repairs instead of a clear explanation of what was actually wrong. Terrible customer service. If this is how warranty customers are treated, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Alright, I'm going to review this dealership based on my entire experience with them. I did not lease my car from this location so I can't speak on their sales or finance department. Also note that my car was an Ioniq 5, so the service is not that complicated and I didn't have to deal with any real repairs, although there are reports of that ICCU issue that is affecting a lot of people. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. I arrived on time, checked in, and was told someone would be with me shortly. Thirty minutes later, nobody had even acknowledged me. Staff appeared completely disorganized, with no clear process and no sense of urgency. When someone finally spoke to me, they seemed unaware of my appointment and started asking basic questions as if I had just walked in.
