The team at Hyundai DTLA were great! The service was top notch! Both Dillon and Dylan went above and beyond to assure a terrific experience.
My service experience with Hyundai of Downtown LA was infuriating and unacceptable. I brought my 2024 Ioniq5 in for dashboard warning issues in June, and the car sat there for three weeks with zero communication after an initial call. I had to monitor progress through the Hyundai app because no one would give me updates. When I picked up the car—after waiting over 40 minutes despite calling ahead—it was filthy, scratched, had scuff marks, and even possible paint damage on the hood. Dylan is a really nice guy was transparent from start to finish. I've leased a lot of cars and the majority of the experiences felt like minefields. This was easy. Love the Ioniq 9 so far
I recently purchased a Hyundai Tuscan limited. Would have given 1 star but the sales guy was nice. The finance manager guy with the ginger hair managed my signing part. He added optional items I did not request. I hate dealing with shady people. When I called to complain I was told to come in on Monday, when I went in no one who dealt with me was there but another guy who was clueless about what happened. Just go to another location, wouldn’t recommend. Especially if you value good honest business
