Went to get some recalls taken care of. What went great: Quick Scheduling, helpful email reminders, Finding location, Getting checked in- the intake process itself was pretty seamless Room for improvement: Overpriced compared to other auto services-if I am going to pay premium prices, I would expect to feel 1st class (did not get this feeling at all), Getting checked in- I felt like i was in the way & had to move multiple times trying to stay out of peoples way, but there was no place to stand that wasn't in the way.
