If I could leave zero stars I would! The customer service system they have in place is absolutely horrible. You can’t get your service advisor on the phone EVER. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks simply because it was impossible to get ahold of them. Finally when my car was finished I was assured the keys would be left with the front office so I could pick up after hours. Drove 30minutes to pick it up and they DID NOT leave the keys. I dropped it off to get brakes replaced and it kept saying driver door was open when it wasn’t and my brand new battery died and was replaced by another company before being dropped off . $4000 later they had it cranked and ready to leave only when we turned it off to restart it was dead and guess what - the symbol still showing open driver door was still being displayed . Currently having the worst experience with this place. Dropped my car off two days ago for a simple diagnostic, which I was told would be done within the day or the next morning. I have not been able to reach the tech who is in charge of the service of my vehicle because every time I get transferred it goes straight to voicemail. If you are looking for an efficient experience with getting a diagnostic please look elsewhere.
Friendly, helpful personnel. Explained everything, answered all my questions and got all the work done on time. Our 2019 Hyundai Sonata is purring like a kitten. Thank you Hyundai of Cool Springs Service Center!
