Called to get a genuine OEM part. Had to pick it up get home, take the tire off, and fit the part, WITH MY 10 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER in the way because I'm by myself because my husband works 12 hour shifts and only gets one day off a week, only to find that paying twice the price by calling Hyundai parts, giving my VIN number and getting the "right" part, means absolutely nothing. It's a thirty minute drive both ways. To say I'm angry is obviously an understatement. Thanks for nothing.
Great job, JD! Being in the auto service industry myself, I am very particular and have a high expectation to receive exceptional service. When my Hyundai needed a service I could not perform at my shop, I reached out to JD and he delivered outstanding results.
Brian in service is great! I hope I spelled that right! That’s the second time I’ve brought my Hyundai in for something and i didn’t buy from them and they treated me like family. Very happy with my service and will be back.
If you don’t mind being overcharged then it’s the perfect place for you. $550 for an oil change and some Freon
I took my Palisade in to be serviced and Brian at service went above and beyond helping me!!! Big kuddos to Brian!!!
