I want to update my review because Hyundai Aurora has taken steps to make things right. Initially, I had a frustrating experience regarding the agreed-upon pricing, a promised free oil change, and a 50-inch Roku TV advertised at the dealership with a sign saying, “TAKE ME HOME WHEN YOU BUY A NEW CAR!!!” There was confusion about these offers, and I felt disappointed by the communication and customer service at the time. My aunt went in with warning lights on her older Sonata Hybrid. It had issues pertaining to the engine and hybrid system. They decided it would be a good idea to tell my aunt she had to replace the brakes, costing her $2000. Not knowing of any other severe issues, she said to go ahead with the brakes under the advisement of the "trustworthy" service department at Hyundai. The brakes were replaced and only then..
