Gary, our salesman went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle. We dealt with Gary, Vu, Linda and the sales manager. I came into Hyundai Aurora, to have an oil change done and mentioned I was having an issue that has been looked at many times at another dealership and not diagnosed properly, immediately it was diagnosed by Niko in the back, he has gone above and beyond to look over the entire vehicle and specifically explain all his findings! "Had a great experience with the sales team, particularly Jas and Gary, but my encounter with Mr. Wu from the financial team was disappointing. "2-hour wait, only to be left frustrated. Mr. Wu from the financial team at Hyundai Aurora was unhelpful and abrupt. After getting approved elsewhere, I was denied without explanation for my lease application.
