Worst customer service . Couldn’t even detail my SUV properly . Sold us a 2017 Nissan Rogue and couldn’t even mount the rear license plate properly ,which came off . Now it’s gone into ,Limp Mode ,twice . Heater blender activator doesn’t work . It’s the worse for road noise . Never in 51 years have I had such a terrible car , must be a LEMON . 2 months after purchase a wheel bearing had to be replaced ,and they did a safety ? Lmao. They are the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. I bought a used Nissan with a warranty, $4800,it's with LGM Financial Services ,who are the worst warranty people to deal with. Aurora Hyundai does not work on Nissan or any others except Hyundies. The mechanics are not well trained and kept giving excuses. I went to a Nissan dealer who fixed my issues ,and BTW,they work on all makes,lol. Aurora hyundai is the most useless bunch of people .
