Everyone I have dealt with has been nothing short of amazing! My Tucson was acting up and the service department got me in quickly, explained everything to me, and were just very pleasant. I also had questions about my lease, and the finance manager called me back promptly. He took his time to answer all my questions and, unlike most people nowadays, was happy to speak with me and not once did he try to rush me off the phone! If you are looking for a Hyundai dealership, look no further - this is the place to come!
Got two new cars from Fox. Alex, our sales rep, made the entire process smooth, easy, and painless. We explained our situation and our budget and what vehicle we were interested in, and he helped everything to workout! He was clear to us about what we needed to bring. And when we went to sign, the finance rep was fast and organized.
5 Star Eric is always professional, pleasant, honest and does his best to make sure I understand my quotes. When I need fast service he was able to get me right in. I often use the shuttle service and they are very professional, too.

I take my car no where else. The service department is fantastic.
I ran into a problem while traveling from Ohio and I found their establishment and went into Ann Arbor to have my car looked at by them. Come to find out the problem caused me to no longer be able to drive my vehicle on the rest of my trip and to my destination, I totally freaked out cause I had no idea what I was going to do, I was 4 hours from my home in Ohio and 5 hours from my destination and had no clue about this town.
