It took me 2 1/2 weeks waiting on a phone call when I finally just drove down and got on the list to get my car serviced for a recall. When I called two weeks later because I still hadn’t received a call the lady in the service department switched me to the parts department to see if my part was there and then back to the service department, lady. Went for an oil change in my Elantra N. Oil required per the manual and the oil cap is 0W30 and the intervals are 6,000 miles. I get the car back and they used 5w20 and the recommended interval on the sticker was 7500 miles. I believe my car was treated as an N-Line and not an N. I called prior to arriving to confirm they had the correct oil in stock. Even wothh that, the incorrect oil was used. After researching, it seems very few dealers across the US know how to properly service an N. Very disappointing.
