It took over 7 days of calling multiple times daily in order to get a hold of anyone on the phone to schedule my oil change on the brand new vehicle I bought from ALM Hyundai of Athens earlier this year. I’ve had nothing but good experiences since buying my first new car in May of 2024!! The sales and service department are both so helpful :) Update: Hyundai of Athens was amazing until ALM bought them out earlier this year. Now, it’s near impossible to actually get any help from the service department since they switched and everyone quit/they hired new people. It sucks cause I really loved Hyundai of Athens.
I ended up purchasing a vehicle closer to home in Tennessee, but I wanted to leave a good review for my salesman, David Fryar. He answered countless questions, drove into work early to get me some CarFax documentation/inspection results, and was willing to negotiate a good deal. He was never pushy and always seemed to have my best interest in mind. If you go to ALM, ask for David!

Will not be returning to this location! I purchased my new Tucson from this location in 2022 and called today to ask a question about my warranty and if it would cover my water pump that was leaking. I was told they couldn’t look that until the vehicle was there, they did their own “diagnostic process” and that it would be $250 for that fee, IF it was covered under warranty I wouldn’t have to pay that.
