The dealership screwed themselves over by offering me $1,000 less than my KBB Instant cash value. I had offers from KBB, Carvana, Carmax and other dealers but they chose to immediately offer less than what everyone else was offering from the very start. And when I asked for the out the door price of a vehicle was going to be, they added on an $400 Vehicle Tracker included in the price. I didn’t ask for it and I don’t need it. My experience at Reed Hyundai was great. The staff was patient and kind with us. Keyshawn was our sales agent, and he is still helping me, even after the sale, with all the follow up business of a new car. Speaking as a woman, shopping alone for a car, the experience was much more comfortable than previous experiences. I appreciated that a lot.
