Guy Gaddy sold me a Tucson and I was especially happy with this vehicle this past winter. We live in the country and snow drifts can get bad. This vehicle was spectacular this past winter!
I give this one star for the quality of the sales associate named Pedro. He is highly unprofessional and very difficult to work with. He not only couldn’t remember my mom & I’s name (after working with him in person 3 different times at the dealership) but he also “couldn’t remember why we weren’t financing through them”. I could not be happier with the car I purchased from here. Pedro, Cameron, and team really went above and beyond to get me the right fit, right price, and at the right time. I will for sure do business here again in the future. If you are in the market for a great car make sure to ask for Pedro!!!
Went to the service department for a popping noise, burning antifreeze smell and wobble from brakes. They had the car all day and claimed they couldn't get the car to replicate the wobbling upon braking or popping noise in the front end. As soon as I picked the car up I heard the popping noise 3 times in a two block radius and wobbling after applying brake at 45mph. Horrible technicians now, they used to do better.
Went "just to look" and left with a new Santa Fe. We had a fantastic experience with Keyshawn as out salesman...very willing to show us several options and patient with all our questions. I picked a color they didn't have on the lot and they were able to have one available the next business day. When there were issues with the new arrrival, they put us in a loaner and worked quickly to get the problem solved. Loving my new car and would highly recommend Reeds, Keyshawn and the whole team for your future purchase.
