I drove an hour and 45 minutes out of my way to cancel my Gap and extended warranty because I traded in my vehicle. The finance manager Antonio Sanchez was extremely rude. I brought in my release of liability, as I always have to any other dealer, but Antonio stated I needed my original contract. I have NEVER needed it anywhere before. From start to finish, everything was handled easily and professionally without the hard sell. MAKE GOOD: Last summer, I posted a comment about my first experience with Hyundai service that hadn't been too pleasant. I'm following up now, after my second service appointment, to give you an update. Hyundai USA responded in kind to my concerns. They immediately followed up (with an apology) with a plan to correct the issue. I was out of the country, but my wife followed up providing information and discussing the matter with Hyundai.
