Amazing customer service. Andrew got me in a brand new 2017 accent and I absolutely love it. Such an awesome team over there. Even met the Owner and chatted with him a little bit. Very satisfied!!!!!
I had the worst experience. 10 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change, wasn't out of there till 2 p.m. Absolutely unacceptable. I've read that this has happened before, obviously nothing is being done about it. Just how things are run here. Horrible experience. I Won't go back, have to find a new place.

I really don't understand the fact to called for appointment. My appointment was at 11:00 am, (regular oil change) its 3:57 pm, (4 hours for a regular oil change) and I still here waiting for my car. To much time for a regular service, trust me nothing else. Not even busy, I really understand when I have to wait long time because the place it's busy but not today. Never again in this place. I would like to hear a excuse (make sure is a good one).
We had an great experience with Parkway Hyundai while purchasing a used car from their lot. Danny Medina was the salesman who went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and followed through on his promises. We were very satisfied with his service and also with the service department. Everyone was nice and helpful.
