I have reported this dealership to Hyundai Corporate offices. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson on 11/1/18, I later purchased a Premium Road Hazard Tire and Wheel warranty on 6/7/19. I had an issue with one of my tires while at a different dealership and when my service advisor contacted the warranty company, they had no record of me ever purchasing a policy. On Friday the 21st Of June 2019 I took my car to the Hyundai of Orange Park to have some work done ($2,000 for the ac and other odds and ends). While my car was in their care overnight on early Sunday morning/late Saturday night the car was vandalized two windows smashed in (passenger front and back) and a few assorted objects stolen (Four cars where struck total).
