This was the worst service we have ever received. Tried to get a fleet vehicle settled and ****** Hanania was unresponsive and had no clue what was going on . He just passed it off to someone else and said the paperwork never came. Never looked into it further or if he did he sure didnt communicate that with **. We were doing all the work to call between the accounting **** and ****** to figure out who had the paperwork. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra with the help of ************************* at Hyundai of Orange Park. ***** did a wonderful job of helping me find a vehicle within my price range. He went above and beyond to set up my dealer rewards plan so I can access it on my cell phone as well as tie my cell phone into the *** system. He also showed me many features on the car before I left. ***** is a credit to Hyundai of Orange Park.*********************

I brought two car from them in the same day one only came with a single key. I was told the key was order and four and a half months later I still don't have my other key.. I was also giving a verbal and written agreement me $11,000 trade in on my old car and it would go towards my new car instead I only received a $1,000 trade in and I still owe the bank the money for my old car!!!. I am very upset with the hardship Hyundai of Orange Park caused me and my family as a single mother of 3! On February 5, 2021, I purchased a brand new 2021 Hyundai Venue. However, around April 12, 2022 my horn stopped working. I was shocked and surprised. At this time, I've had my vehicle for only 14 months. I consider this to be a safety issue. It is very important and serious. Today ( 02/24/22 ) i had an appointment at 8am for some minor service. I parked in front at 07:45 am. At 9am i saw my car still in front, untouched. I complained and was told they would get right on it ? They wasted one hour of my life not doing their job ! I am very disappointed by their lack of service and my time is important also.

I brought my Hyundai ******* in to the Orange Park Hyundai dealership for an oil change and diagnostic check. I told the dealership I had a problem with my window and a few other symptoms. The dealership then charged me two diagnostic fees, one separate for my window and one for the rest of the vehicle. One diagnostic check should have covered the entire car and the dealership did not state that he would charge me twice for two separate diagnostic procedures. Horrible. I agree with all the other reviews. Thankfully, the new car manager, *****************, handled things so poorly right up front that we walked away and purchased a car at another dealer. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe on April 21, 2021 from Hyundai of Orange Park and have had nothing but trouble since the beginning. I was given the wrong VIN twice while trying to purchase insurance for the vehicle. Next, I had to sign paperwork for the purchase three times before it was correct and had to wait two months after purchasing the car and requesting a copy of the paperwork before I received a copy via email.
