Came in with a time estimate for around 1.5hrs but they did a fantastic and timely job of finishing up my servicing appointment in under an hour
Online scheduling was a breeze with quick appointment. Facility clean, no waiting area that I saw, efficient. Staff polite. Good communication. They send a video explanation of what’s going on, recommendations for remedy. You approve to fix or not. And voila! All done! Costly as dealerships tend to be. I would trust my car to them again.
I’ve been to Mirak twice now and it’s been fantastic service and clear communication every time. Will make them my regular service center!!
