Easy and pleasant to obtain a new EV lease however the vehicle exhibited ICCU issues a few months later I was left with a warranty tow to dealer, no service/resolution timeline and no loaner car. Hyundai’s customer support service recovery puts the burden of work and financial responsibility of having a functional vehicle to the lessee- overall frustrating and extremely poor experience.
