Great experience with the Service Dept. We bought our Subaru from Maguire a year ago but due to distance had not used their Service Dept till yesterday. My daughter and I were in Ithaca shopping and we heard a hissing sound coming from a tire. I drove straight to Maguire and they were so nice. They fit us right in. I do a lot of business with you guys from the point of getting my 03 Hyundai Santa Fe fixed, the one time I wanna buy a new car no one is in the the show room it was l like a ghost town. Its called customer service why should I have to come in & hunt someone down? When I did find someone he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered & he felt like it was more important to drive down the road to drop keys off to one of his buddies & that's his words I'm using (so unperfesonal & quite rude). Awesome place to find a new car, Brian Nowlan was just the best at his job, no pressure, no B.S. Got a new Hyundai Elantra GT for a great price and know I will get great service. This is the second car my family has bought from the Maguire Franchise and I would recommend them to anyone.
