Service advisor Linda Lust went above and beyond for me today. Long story short, I messed up, and she fixed it so that I wouldn’t have to go home with my two small children and a car that still needed servicing. She saved me from having to come back another day and anybody who has children knows how freaking long it takes to get out the door to run a simple errand. Thank you!!

I had to wait a hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. others who came after me came and went. They put my car out front and I was walking around on the side for 10 min looking for it. Just didn't seem to care that it was freezing out.

I recently relocated to Ithaca and was a little worried about how the Subaru service would be. Now I've been there twice for a regular oil change and mileage check up and an unplanned service need. Both times everyone in the service center was not only helpful, but also friendly. And both times I called to schedule appointments, they rocked it on an advance appointment and a "help, my battery just died" service. Guido and the entire service department team rocks.
I came to Maguire Subaru from an unfortunate and dehumanizing experience at another dealership out of state. Maguire Subaru, specifically the Service Manager Guido, went so far above and beyond to help me, that he has a loyal customer for life. They performed a 30,000 mile inspection on my Subaru Outback in a timely fashion. They reviewed the list of actions taken and the expense for each. They switched out the tires and the car ran well afterward.
