Cody the GM and the F & I Manager would not give my grandmother her contract, or explain the rate or terms of the contract. They are very rude and the OWNER should be ashamed to employee managers like this.. BUT I guess it's all about making $$$$$ for the dealership. WE tried to speak with them many time and they are unwilling to HELP answer anything.. We a company will not give you a copy of your contract....
