After 2 unsuccessful surgeries and an upfront fee of $10,000, I would never go to Dr. Bae again. After my second surgery, I never received a room and spent 3 days in a cubicle in a busy hallway. A really bad experience and I still have to have another surgery which I will do locally in Rancho Mirage. Beware of that extra $10,000 fee!

Dr Bae is a genius. Years of study at Ivy League universities and residency at the nations finest orthopedic hospitals has prepared him to give superior diagnostic care and spinal intervention when needed. I had spinal fusion under his direction and care. Yes I was afraid, but now I am grateful . Lisa, the assistant PA is marvelous, caring,and on top of your healing and pain management! Hyun Bae, M.D. is the finest spinal surgeon in the country, perhaps the world. I had multiple procedures performed by a plethora of doctors, all of which failed to give me relief. Dr. Bae removed all of my structural and neural pain. He is brilliant and wise. I pray Tiger Woods consults with him! There is none better on this planet!

Egotistical, EGOTISTICAL man. I had probing questions and he left after one too many very logical questions. I went with another surgeon but his type swayed me from a simpler surgery and to get an artificial disc put in. I heard a surgical patient of his from next door in-office complaining about pain on twisting. This, from talking with other doctors, is because of the lack of constraint in artificial discs because they are essentially bearings in the spine.
