Dr. Shadid is great! I've seen him for a couple different things and am pleased with the results. Dr. Shadid takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush you. His office staff is wonderful as well.
Dr. Shadid is wonderful. I trust him completely. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. He never makes me feel rushed, and he always listens carefully to everything I have to say. He is a truly fantastic doctor, and I feel very lucky to have him to take care of me.
Dr Shadid and his office and nurse are a very careing orthopedic office they treat you with respect and are very helpful and are very professional at attending the patient!
I recently had Dr. Shadid for a torn rotator cuff. Other than the pain (which is there no matter who the doctor is) I have been very pleased. He was really informative, gave me options for treatment, spent as much time with me as I needed, and was very intentional about providing the best care for me as possible. His office staff are very welcoming - from Danielle (surgery scheduler) to the nurse (Katy) & Phys Asst (Elliot) - and professional. It's been a very positive experience.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated with consideration by each professional I dealt with, from the receptionist to the PA's and the doctor, himself. Dr. Shadid took the time to talk to me and explain his approach to dealing with my knees. I know I have made the right decision to follow through with knee replacement surgery at his hands.
Dr. Shadid replaced my left hip, a serious bit of surgery that no one would look forward to - but both the technical quality of my medical treatment and the warm, friendly spirit of the whole Genesis team was absolutely amazing! Ten days later, I am healing well, feel deeply grateful, and would recommend them highly to anyone else considering such an operation.
Doctor and staff all able to explain medical information in an understandable manner. All were very friendly and professional.
