I can't speak to the quality of the ice cream here, but that's only because I couldn't get past the terrible customer service to order it. I called several times, sent e-mails, and left Facebook comments to gather more information on the Mt. Hypnotic Challenge, but I was ignored. Since I live about 500 miles from Dallas and didn't know when I'd be back, I decided to drive over from my hotel anyway. Love the Ice Cream and Candy options
Refused service to us even though their public hours showed open online in several locations, their doors were open and their service area had several people in it. They said they were closed even though we walked in three minutes after they said they were closed and their published hours were still open for another half hour.
