Dr. Ho is the best in the business!
I've had 2 sports related issues within the past year- one with both my wrists and the other with my calves when I run. At one time it was incredibly painful to lift a 35 lb bar above my head. After I saw Casey, I went on to PR my 2RM split jerk at 155 lbs.
