So I have purchased their top HydroMax package which gives 5 days weather guarantee. It rained in my area so when back to use the weather guarantee option. The lady there straight way refused to honor it cause IT DIDN'T RAIN IN THAT VICINITY. When I told that I just live 15-20 mins from there then she said "ya it's too far from here and we don't cover it". Got a bunch of scratches on my truck today. The owner, Scott, didn't believe his great machine could have done such a thing and accused me of lying. Even striations down both sides of my truck that weren't there prior to the car wash .... , and my kids were the ones who spotted it first. Scott got attitude then talked smack about me to another patron. Other customers also had scratches.
Yesterday, I lost my wallet that I put all of my informations. Thanks to #HydroCleanCarWash and an honest worker #Darre, my wallet was kept secured and savedp me from a lot of troubles. Not only the #HydroCleanCarWash is the best in town, but they also have the best and the most reliable workers. #GodBlessedYouAll!
Normally I love this place however today their car wash ripped the front license plate off my car and broke the holder for it. I understand these things happen and they are a cheap fix but the manager's condescending attitude toward me was uncalled for.
Best in town! They do a great job every time I come to get it washed.
