Terrible experience. I will never go back. My antenna was broken off while going through the wash. Was told by the owner that he isn't responsible for antennas. Noticed that my truck wasnt rinsed off well either.
I've had a Bad experience at this Car Wash. Drivers side mirror blinker was cracked on my new BMW when going through the car wash. Side brushes broke the plastic cover over the blinker. The owner, Scott Gale, completely denied that his car wash had any wrong doing in the damage, and was not going to take ANY responsibility. I suggested splitting the cost of $200 to replace the blinker, and he said that he would be admitting to blame on the car wash. STAY AWAY from this Car Wash. Had a spare tire and some leaves in my truck bed and told me that i could not go through the car wash. Leaves are a natural debris and pretty common in truck beds. My spare tire ways 40+ pounds, i don't think your car wash will have enough pressure to cause it to come out of the bed of my truck. If you have that much pressure, you will be peeling paint off cars. Was my first and last time to try this place.
