One of my 24 zones (yes, big property) would not shut off this morning and the water had been running continuously for 2+ hours. I tried everything at the box to shut off, consulted my manuals, etc. and finally called into Hydrotech looking for emergency help. The receptionist who answered sounded like she had better things to do and told me I needed to shut off my water at the box. "Well, I have 12 boxes on my property, which one is it?" After dealing with Hydro-Tech for several years it's time to move on. Trying to get service is like trying to get rain in the desert, which is what my lawn has been like. Unresponsive is an understatement, and rude on top of it all just makes it all not worth the headache. Your service manager, Mike, is the most condescending, self-important, argumentative, and unobliging man in the service industry that I've spoken to in a long time. Pathetic! They took over the contracts from Blue Ridge Irrigation, but refuse to honor the contracts they received. I would rate them zero stars if I could!
