No return phone calls. Automated phone system is HORRIBLE, no option to talk to a human. I wanted a qoute for a new system and can't get a call back to schedule an appt. Can only imagine how hard it would be to get service or warranty work done.
The original service person was good. But, this year, it was a total screw up with spring service. They could not speak English, and they did not turn it on properly and our system is not working. I am very upset over this, because you can't get a person on the phone.
Consumer Beware! Veterans Beware!!!! Reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. Total Shim Sham. We paid the $220 for the annual maintenance. They came out on March 29th to turn on our sprinkler system. On March 30th I tried contacting the company via phone which is virtually impossible so I sent an email on Facebook to the company to let them know that we had a problem with the turn on as water was flooding at the turn on box. I scheduled time to get an estimate for installing new system. David came to my house provided estimate. I have another quote which I showed him and was 800 cheaper for almost same estimate. Politely I asked about the difference and I accepted that he does not want to go comparison. Anyway, I was almost signing and accepting the offer without negotiation. The technicians that came out today were very professional and genuinely seemed to like their job and very polite. It was raining hard and they took the time to accommodate my requests, fix broken lines, and move a couple of heads. I really appreciate the quality of your work the service provided. Kudos!
Could not be happier with our irrigation system. Their assistance from install to opening and closing the system has been top notch.
