Horrible customer service. Did not want to stand behind a warranty and then did further damage to the boat while it was there being worked on. Then the receptionist proceeded to call the customer a profane name when asking to speak to the owner. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
RecommendedOur 2001 Yamaha 225 has been trouble free since we bought it new. We thought it was time to go through the motor to check it over. We brought the motor to Hydro Tec and they went through it, they did the Phase II kit, dyno’d it, and we have a motor that is far better than new. Smoother, feels like more power, sounds awesome! The guys were fast, very knowledgeable and professional. The turnaround time was maybe a week! I can definitely recommend Hydro Tec for anyone that wants a great experience from a marine engine shop.
