I have been using Hydrate Alaska as part of my wellness plan for the past three years. I believe this supports my body in a meaningful way, so I plan for it in my annual budget and use my FSA account to cover one session a month. Pro tip: To use your FSA account or your health savings account you have to get a letter from your doctor saying that your body needs the additional vitamins medically. My husband and I come here every month or so to rehydrate and relax. The staff is always nice and the atmosphere is calm. They offer IVs, vitamin injections, red light and salt therapy, etc. I don’t love needles but they do a good job to make it feel enjoyable
They are never open
5pm appointment, last of the day and they gave a “walk in” customer the time I had reserved. Why? & No, I was not late.
