I stop in here a couple times a month to get some extra vitamins and hydration. The staff is always extremely friendly and personable. The nurses are always professional and hygienic. I feel so much better after I get my IV! Definitely recommend!
I had a reservation for 5:30 on 6 March. I show up for my appointment and they’re closed. No one called me to tell me they’re closing early. I drove 30 min to get here for my appointment and they’re closed without notice. Completely unacceptable. In the past, I had also made an appointment at 5:45 and when I showed up (at 5:40) to check-in, the receptionist very snootily said to me “you know we close at 6pm right?” Well…if you don’t want me making an appointment for 5:45 then don’t make it an option on your website. The salesman John Water representing this firm is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Must admit this is the first time Ive met a salesman that is honest enough to inform you that don’t need a piece of equipment. In short he’s just not trying to sell you a product if it’s not going to help. I referred him to my son and he purchase a water softener and the firm was competitive and had it installed on time as agreed upon. I would totally recommend him to everyone I know.
Very good about getting me in last minute without an appointment. The staff is very friendly and efficient in doing there jobs. Thank you for the extra boost of goodness. Amanda thank you for being so sweet.
